Please note that we use The Courier Guy only for deliveries. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery of your product(s).

We do allow self-collections at Jackal Creek Golf Estate, Randburg (an access code will be sent to you on the day of collection)

Returns

Because all our products are custom made and personalised to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been started. Please ensure that all details are correct before placing your order

Your prints/engravings will appear exactly as entered, including spelling, punctuation, and capital letters. We are not responsible for errors made in the text provided by the customer

While we cannot accept returns for customised products, we are committed to delivering our best. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 0685287197 with a clear photo of the item, description of the issue and your order number.

We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or an appropriate resolution thereafter
